Iridescent is a global nonprofit partnering with underserved communities across 115 countries. Over the past 12 years we have trained ~10,000 volunteers from ~2000 corporations across the world to engage ~80,000 children and parents in exciting, cutting-edge, hands-on engineering & technology programs. Join us as a volunteer to inspire even more families.
We invite interested volunteers to serve as individual mentors virtually or through in-person events that are already running. Volunteers can also form teams with colleagues and leverage our training (developed in partnership with the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering) and support materials to engage local communities in hands-on design challenges.
