About our Screening Tasks
As part of every application, we ask applicants to complete a screening task. This task is intended to give you a sense of what sort of work you’ll be doing if you join Iridescent, and to give us a sense of how you work and think. We view this as an opportunity for you to demonstrate how you tackle big problems – if you don’t have all the details worked out, that’s completely fine. Show us how you’ll take on the challenge – where will you start? How will you measure whether or not you’re successful?
The screening task is solely for screening and interview purposes – we won’t use any materials you develop.
