Dear Supporters and Participants,

In light of the recent U.S. immigration restrictions and other political tensions, we want to reiterate that Iridescent is dedicated to lifting up young people, especially girls, in underserved and underrepresented communities in the US and around the world, through our flagship Technovation and Curiosity Machine programs.  Over the past ten years and counting, we have welcomed all people in serving our mission, regardless of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and physical or mental ability.

Although there are US and international laws and regulations that we need to abide by, we want to reassure all of our existing and prospective supporters, participants, volunteers and staff from around the world, that we remain committed to our vision and values.  As we continue to serve many communities throughout the world through our science, engineering and technology programs, we acknowledge there may be increased challenges.

Allow us to reassure you that we will stand by our principles and our mission; we will continue to be a welcoming nonprofit that celebrates diversity and will work alongside you to make this world more compassionate, more humane and more beautiful for all generations to come.

With great humility,

Tara Chklovski
Founder and CEO, Iridescent
