Checklist: Prepare for Session 1
▢ Prepare materials to be used in all sessions
- A/V and sound
- 1 machine with internet access/family
- Print 1 AI Inventor Notebook/family
- Set a reminder to take pictures/videos at each session. *Tips: Pictures can be shots of participants working, posed photos of smiling participants, selfies of you with participants, shots of inventions or demos or prototypes, whatever you think best represents your site!
- [For your own records] Print an attendance sheet – sample template. We’ll ask you about numbers of participants in session reports, so it’s helpful to get a count at each session.

- Your special URL for families to create accounts [Families can do this before the first session too]
- Edit and print program calendars for families
- Make sure slides are ready

- Materials Note: Lessons 7 and 8 have optional materials – check those lessons out ahead of time to plan any hardware you might want to provide for families.

*Tip: Remember to have a count of how many kids and adults have come to your program, a few pictures you can upload, and a question you or your families would like a corporate mentor to answer!
