Become a Technovation Challenge mentor! You will work with with a team of five high school girls as they design and develop a mobile phone app using App Inventor for Android. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to take a professional development course to strengthen your management and leadership skills. You will apply this learning as you inspire and support your team in learning programming and entrepreneurship skills. You will also meet other women from the tech industry. You can register online here and find a Technovation team to mentor.

• Mentor and guide teams through the 12-week course – once per week for two hours.
• (Optional): Complete the Technovation Challenge online mentor course.
• (Optional): Host or help organize a field trip to a local tech company. Here are some tips on how to organize a successful field trip.

You can partner with another mentor to share the responsibilities if you choose.
Technovation Challenge is your program; make it your own. You can personalize the Technovation T-shirt design, meetup with other teams virtually or in-person, come up with your own ideas and events, and have fun!
